YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leading & mentoring an engineering team(6~8 ppl), setting engineering standards, optimizing code quality in line with development guardrails.
2. Shape, Design, Develop, Support & Implement Software Delivery in alignment with the roadmap.
3. Champion a CI/CD mindset and corresponding cultural transformation.
4. Develop, maintain and validate engineering standards, application architecture, and design patterns, ‘code level’ standards, etc.
5. Supporting code in production on a rotating basis.
6. Act as a Mentor to people in the team, providing feedback, highlighting growth opportunities & promote a culture of continuous learning.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Must have

1. Excellent NodeJs, ReactJs programming skills
2. Experience with AWS / Azure Cloud services highly desired
3. Background in API and cloud-native architecture
4. Experience supporting a production service in a DevOps friendly environment
5. Excellent analytical skills and proven track record solving difficult problems
6. Experience with test-driven development, test automation & continuous delivery
7. Experience working with Oracle DB / PostgresSQL
8. Experience with leading the technical development in a scrum team
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
10. Good English skills

Nice to have

1. Good Java programming skills
2. Experience working in Finance, Banking domain
